It’s high capacity battery with extended hours. Get around 4 hours of battery life. It sticks out from the bottom, makes the laptop easier to use for typing, and keeps the laptop cooler.     Outstanding Transaction great product now with two of these I can pretty much run my laptop unplugged for hours and no hassles. There is enough amperage and voltage in this battery to run my hp entertainment laptop with little to no issues. Great Job

    This item arrived package properly sealed in a anti-static bag.
    Would not charge past 22%.
    I am an engineer and followed the included instructions for 1st time use to the letter.
    HP battery check indicated it had dead cells. (On a new battery, where is Quality control?)
    The 22% charge lasted only 6 minutes until it hit 0% and shut down the laptop.
    I am sending it back to Amazon.
    Now to see if I get my refund. I got a feeling this is going to be a real hassle.
    Edit; Got Refund and they deducted return shipping. So much for fufilled by AMAZON.
    Vendor shoud have to eat the shipping.

    This item boasts 4 hours. Does it perform? No. With power saver and low screen settings, I could only reap about 3 hours and 40 minutes, which given is almost 4 hours, but it isn’t the full four hours. Here are the pros and cons:
    Pros-
    Good battery life
    Cheap price
    Better than HP battery price wise and money wise.
    Lifts up the laptop, thus creating a little “breathing room” for the laptop.

    Cons-
    Hefty.
    Doesn’t give full 4 hours, but does give it a close estimate.

    I’ve had this battery for nearly 3 weeks and now decided to review it because I feel that I have used it enough to see all of its capabilities. I recommend it.

    I was very pleased with the quick service in sending the new battery out. So far it seems to hold a charge for a good 4 to 5. Very pleased with my purchase.

    I did everything wrong with the factory installed battery in My HP Pavillion laptop. I mostly left it plugged into the power supply, but that is because the battery didn’t seem to last more than an hour anyway. So it was not holding a charge for more than five minutes when I replaced it with this high capacity one. I followed the instructions to the letter and it works great for about 3 hours at a stretch even with the custom power settings set so the monitor is brighter than power saver mode.

    I bought another battery for my Toshiba laptop that came with NO charging instructions (from another company) I will use the same recommendation with regard to charging/discharging but I think it remiss that other companies can fail to include this critical info.

    I would definately buy another battery from this company again. The battery delivers as promised and the extra bump is a benifit to keeping the computer cooler by raising it up a bit more. This was a better value compared to the other battery replacement.
