I ordered 4 white phones. I received 3 white phones and one black phone.
Thanks for screwing me on the order.

The sound is clear, it works during power failures, it can dial from memory, the keypad lights, it’s easy to see and pick up in a dark room, and it seems sturdy.

The keypad is cluttered. When you glance from the phone book to the keypad, you have to pick out your digit from an array of 18 identically sized and spaced buttons. The contrast between the black markings and the gray keys is somewhat low. Worse, the letters on each key are almost as tall as the digits.

The buttons in the top row have symbols for fire, police, and medical help. They shouldn’t be there. Most people dial 911 for emergencies. If you need to dial these numbers automatically, they should be recorded in memory like other numbers so you won’t dial them accidentally by touching a single button.

The bottom row are for flash, redial, and memory. It would be easier to dial a phone number if these keys were set off from the dialing array.
