These outages served as a reminder of the perils of relying only on mobile phones. Perhaps it made you reconsider the role…...
Netflix Bans Streaming From Your Phone to Your TV
2+ hour, 16+ min ago (321+ words) On most TVs, you'll now need to use the official Netflix app to watch the streaming service. Netflix has removed the ability to cast from mobile devices to TVs with remotes. The streaming company hasn't yet commented on the reason for the change. However, on a'Netflix Help Center page, the company seems to be encouraging people to use the built-in Netflix apps for TVs and devices. A representative for Netflix didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. Several websites are reporting that casting still works on older versions of the Netflix app and that some devices, such as older Chromecast models, may still appear under the Cast button option. In our own testing, an LG TV that was previously available for casting no longer has the option. It's not exactly clear when Netflix made this policy change. The first…...

Just note that Best Buy is ending its sale tonight, and we expect Amazon will likely follow suit around the same time. If this is slightly too expensive for you, the step-down (but still incredible) LG C5 OLED is also on sale today. As a Call of Duty player, I know that quick responses can be the difference between clinching victory and languishing at the bottom of the leaderboard. But until I played Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on the new LG G5 OLED, I didn't know there was something else just as crucial. I've tested dozens of the best TVs over the years. My CoD session helped cement my opinion of the G5 as the best OLED I've ever tested. Brightness for the win....

Every brand of laptop can be found discounted online at one time or another, so it pays to track deals to find the lowest price. Most HP laptops run Microsoft Windows with a few Chromebook offerings based on Google's ChromeOS.
